Returns and exchange policy
We hope you love your purchase from Homnic , we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt please inspect your order and if you receive an item which is not according to the committed specification or faulty at the time of delivery you can only exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order as we do not accept returns.. You are only eligible to exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Must write a little note what is the reason of exchange and product review
Items must be Unused and must be in their original packing with all tags intact.
Customer is Liable for appropriate packing of items so that we receive them back undamaged
Please send back the invoice for the extraction of customer’s information
As soon as we receive your items back our customer care team will contact you for processing of your exchange
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time but if there are any delays in processing your order we will inform you as soon as possible. If you require a larger quantity of a certain item than is shown on the website, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping is free on all orders.
Your order will be delivered within 7 to 15 working days from the day of placing your order.
Orders placed before 12 PM PST will be dispatched the same day else they will be dispatched on the next working day.
Working days excludes Sundays and public holidays.
Orders received on Sundays and on public holidays will be processed on the next working day
